Hand scooped and frozen - 65 grams/2.3 ounces each

Baking Instructions:  defrost on a baking sheet (preferably lined with parchment paper) when defrosted press down with the palm of your hand and bake on 300˚ for 12-15 minutes  (please note ovens may vary)
