Makes 2 pizzas. 



2X 250g scratch made pizza dough

450 ml pizza sauce

650 g mozzarella cheese

120 g slice pepperoni


Baking Instructions:  defrost frozen dough ball in lightly oiled medium bowl.  Cover with plastic wrap until double in size.  Lightly flour counter and roll out to desired thickness.  Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet or pizza pan.  Bake at 325 for approximately

25-30 minutes.  (please note oven temp/times may vary)
